What struck me most when I started at Bright Plus was the warm welcome. Not just my own office, but also the other teams truly welcome new colleagues with open arms. This also applies to management. You notice that all colleagues are genuinely happy that you are part of Bright Plus.
What also appealed to me was the fact that you're immediately 'thrown in', of course with the proper guidance. This way you also rapidly get a view of the bigger picture. Thanks to that you get to know what is expected of you, also in the long run, and how you can grow. This is a big plus for me.
The feeling of really being able to make a difference, both for Bright Plus and for our clients and candidates, ensures that I come to work happy every day. In recent months, the war for talent has been raging harder than ever, which makes the appreciation we get from a match all the greater. I also notice that thanks to our personal follow-up we really make a difference for our candidates.
