How will you concretely support the procurement department?
- You serve as the contact for global procurement, managing agendas and travel.
- You Oversee procurement for construction, relocation, and product-related projects.
- You Negotiate with suppliers for cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- You Support supplier selection, evaluation, and contract preparation.
- You Coordinate with stakeholders to align procurement with project timelines.
- You Monitor supplier performance and procurement KPIs globally, ensuring compliance with standards.
- EU citizenship (for mobility and relocation flexibility).
- Minimum 3–5 years’ proven experience in procurement, ideally in construction, facility management, or industrial projects, is a plus. Experience in customer service or any other role involving direct contact with customers and/or suppliers is also valid.
- University degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or related field is desirable but not mandatory; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (mandatory). Knowledge of one or two additional languages such as Portuguese, Spanish, Ukrainian, or Serbian is highly appreciated.
- Good analytical and reporting skills (Excel/ERP/SAP preferred).
- Willingness to relocate for projects and to travel as needed (mandatory).
- A dynamic and technically challenging environment where initiative is appreciated.
