This position will make you grow in a supportive international environment

How will you concretely support the procurement department?

  • You serve as the contact for global procurement, managing agendas and travel.
  • You Oversee procurement for construction, relocation, and product-related projects.
  • You Negotiate with suppliers for cost efficiency and timely delivery.
  • You Support supplier selection, evaluation, and contract preparation.
  • You Coordinate with stakeholders to align procurement with project timelines.
  • You Monitor supplier performance and procurement KPIs globally, ensuring compliance with standards.

  • EU citizenship (for mobility and relocation flexibility).
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ proven experience in procurement, ideally in construction, facility management, or industrial projects, is a plus. Experience in customer service or any other role involving direct contact with customers and/or suppliers is also valid.
  • University degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or related field is desirable but not mandatory; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
  • Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory). Knowledge of one or two additional languages such as Portuguese, Spanish, Ukrainian, or Serbian is highly appreciated.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills (Excel/ERP/SAP preferred).
  • Willingness to relocate for projects and to travel as needed (mandatory).
