As a Customer & Sales Support Expert, you will be supporting the Sales colleagues and helping them to maximize their sales activity while improving customers’ satisfaction.
- You will have direct contact with various European clients via e-mail and telephone.
- You will be helping them with logistic arrangements.
- You will facilitate the order process and make sure that all requests are handled efficiently.
- You will have direct contact with industrial clients and sales teams across 10 countries in Europe.
- You will follow up on the delivery process with our external logistical partner.
- You will report any urgent incidents or problems when needed.
Tasks / Competencies
- You have a Bachelor's or University degree or equivalent experience in a similar environment.
- You ideally have work experience in Customer Support.
- You are fluent in Hungarian (native level) and have a very good level of English (business proficiency).
- You have great communication and organization skills.
- You are open for a 6 months mission!
