Admin Operations Assistant with excellent English and SAP skills ,in Brussels.

Job description

By supporting the commercial team and the operational team, you will be contributing to the growth of the company!

  • You will be the contact point for clients and suppliers.
  • You will be supporting the purchasing and commercial team.
  • You will have contact with suppliers via email.
  • You will be managing files, documents and information properly.
  • You will be responsible for general admin duties.



 

Tasks / Competencies
  • You are highly fluent in English.
  • You have a Bachelor Degree or relevant work experience (ideally in the purchasing or customer service sector).
  • You have sound experience with SAP.
  • You have strong MS Office skills.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You are structured and highly stress-resistant.
  • You are a team player and eager to learn.
  • You are comfortable working remotely with people from different countries and cultures.
  • You can cope with a fast moving environment.
