In order to fulfil its mission, the Corporate Specific Programmes department is currently looking for a full-time Account Manager.

Under the supervision of the Portfolio Manager CSP, as an account manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the client account(s) and related programmes under his/her responsibility.

  • You are responsible for implementing the personalised training programme for a corporate client.
  • You ensure the consistency of activities related to TEH department client accounts and training in order to meet the objectives, costs, deadlines, quality and smooth running of all programme-related activities.
  • You plan and coordinate the performance of the coordinators in charge with the organisation and running of the programme.
  • You understand and are interested in the educational content of its programmes and the ecosystem.
  • Define together with the Manager the value proposition of the programme during negotiations with the client & implement it.
  • Draw up and update the programme budget.
  • Draw up the service contract with the client, arrange for it to be signed by the client and the legal representative of our company.
  • You are in charge of invoicing the client and are responsible for financial reporting (monitoring turnover & costs).
  • Under the supervision of the Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of marketing and communication initiatives with the support of the marketing department and with the client's agreement.
  • You programme the courses and all related events (conference, kick-off, graduation/closure, etc.) and are responsible for the smooth delivery of the programme.
  • You will be responsable for the After-sales / Relationship management & identification of leads to be processed by the business developer
  • You will (pro-)actively participate in the life of Executive Education and its continuous improvement by investing in various cross-functional projects.
  • You will be respinsable for the administration & communication alumni.

 

Tasks / Competencies

For this position, we are looking for a person with:

  • Experience ( min. 2 years)  in customer relations, preferably with corporate customers.
  • Perfectly bilingual Dutch/English (spoken and written). Any other language will be an asset, in particular French.
  • A passion for customer service.
  • An interest in the world of education.
  • Preferably experience in project management and sales of services (farming).
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Rigorous Organisational competences.
  • Capacity to interact with demanding stakeholders and to build strong relations within a multi-cultural environmen.
  • Ability to take initiatives, prioritize and work under set deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
