On your role as a Technical Support, you will become an expert in one of our product lines. You will support our Sales Engineers and Clients when it comes to your assigned product line. You will also be an internal trainer for your colleagues, and you will be assisting with new product launches by providing trainings materials, knowledge sharing and customer trainings. This position is based in our HQ in Mechelen.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Supporting our Clients and Sales Engineers via email, phone, video or face-to-face regarding your assigned product line
- Trainings your colleagues and clients, on a later phase of your integration within the team
- Taking care of technical documentation/ translation.
Tasks / Competencies
- Interest in Technology and Technical productsValid driving license
- Fluency in Czech or Slovak (native level) + high level of English (business proficiency)
- Good problem solving and communication skills
- A technical education or experience is a plus
- A first experience supporting clients with technical products is a plus
