Inside Sales Representative with excellent German and English, in Aalst. in Erembodegem (aalst)

As an Inside Sales your job is to actively hunt for new opportunities and reach out to new leads through sales driven outbound campaigns. 


  • You’ll assess, analyze and draw the customer profile, making it sales funnel-proof.
  • You tick need, budget and timeframe per qualifiable lead off the list and instill an initial cooperation of trust with the right person at the right division. 
  • You like upscaling the leads by initiating commercial opportunities for sales.
  • You will create, maintain and update database of customers with complete contact information and emails.
  • You will work closely with your allocated Account Executive. 
  • You will manage a portfolio of prospects and become responsible for selling software solutions independently.  
  • You are a German native speaker and highly fluent in English.
  • You have at least 2 years experience working the phones, social media & CRM  as tools in your tool belt.  
  • You can manage your own job to make someone else’s easier. 
  • You are flexible in terms of availability, accessibility and competences.  
  • You set goals, achieve them and then upgrade the challenge.
  • You are an absolute team player.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are ambitious and sales driven.
  • You are a positive thinker and result oriented.
