You will provide high level administrative and organizational support to partners of the Brussels office.
In this role, you will be responsible for the partners’ complex agendas and prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple administrative tasks. You will make decisions based on the knowledge of your partners’ preferences.
You will also book travels, schedule meetings, follow through on any open topic and manage your partners’ times and expenses.
Lastly, you will liaise effectively and efficiently with clients, teams and other contacts.
Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years of executive assistant or administrative assistant experience in a corporate or professional environment working for senior level management
Strong communications skills, verbal and in writing, in English, French and Dutch
Excellent knowledge of computer software packages: Office 365, Outlook
Ability to work with little guidance; strong organizational and coordination skills
Proactive; self-starter with an approachable “can-do” customer service mindset and positive attitude
Ability to work and stay focused under pressure and manage urgent tasks against aggressive timelines
Open mindset and flexibility towards change, unforeseen circumstances and engagement for continuous improvement
Excellent judgment and impeccable discretion; demonstrates highest level of confidentiality
Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships to effectively contribute to a highly collaborative and trust-based work environment
You will be based in the Brussels office and be part of a highly professional and motived team of executive assistants (EA), providing support to consultants in a fast-paced environment.
You will share your journey with a diverse group of colleagues and mentors, for example our executive assistant team leaders, who will be helping you in your development.
