Personal Assistant with excellent English (native level) and knowledge of French in Tervuren

As a Personal Assistant you will be involved in a variety of tasks.

  • You will be typing and word-processing.
  • You will be responsible of proof reading work to ensure that completed documents have been produced to an appropriately high standard.
  • You will provide a confidential administrative service.
  • You will deal with all student administration.
  •  You will maintain an effective and up to date filing system which ensures easy retrieval of relevant material.
  • You will answer telephone calls promptly and be responsible for full message taking, actioning and following up.
  • You will handle day to day administrative tasks to ensure smooth running of the office.
  • You will deal with different departments, organising photocopying etc. in timely manner.
  • You speak English at a native or near-native level and have good knowledge of French.
  • You have previous Secretarial or PA experience.
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • You are reliable, flexible and helpful.
  • You have a positive, professional attitude.
  • You are able to remain calm under pressure and able to respect tight deadlines.
  • You are able to work on your own initiative and to solve problems quickly and effectively.
  • You have strong communication skills and organisational skills.
  • You have exceptional attention to details and are able to handle confidential information.
