Diagnostic Data Improvement Coordinator with excellent English in Louvain-la-neuve

As a Diagnostic Data Improvement Coordinator you will provide high quality data management and electronic data capture support to the markets to ensure quality data and timely completion of studies to meet project goals. You are expected to communicate effectively and pro-actively with these internal customers.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyse, correct and improve existing SAP Equipment Master Data.
  • Create and enforce instructions for effective data management.
  • Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data.
  • Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects.
  • Establish rules and procedures for data sharing with upper management, internal stakeholders etc.
  • Support others in the daily use of data systems and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Assist with reports and data extraction when needed.
  • Monitor and analyze information and data systems and evaluate their performance to discover ways of enhancing them (new technologies, upgrades etc.)

 

 

  • Language Ability: Ability to read/understand/speak cooperate English.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and other internal colleagues.
  • Active Listening: Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
  • Math Ability: Basic math skills required. 
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. 
  • Computer and Equipment Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge and experience with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Web Mail. SAP knowledge is an asset.
  • Bachelor degree at the minimum is required
  • Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.)
  • Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
