German speaking Customer Service Agent in Schaarbeek

  • In the role of Customer Care Officer it is your task to offer the best experience before and after sales to clients from a prestigious bank, by answering phone calls, e-mails, chat requests,... as a part of the defined processes. You will be able to use all your advising expertise and natural empathy.
  • You have an innate capacity to build long term client relations (listing skills, empathy,...).
  • You are very proficient in German. It would be nice if you also speak French or Dutch. 
  • You ideally have a first working experience in a financial institution (banking, insurance,...).
  • You have the capacity to adapt, you like to take initiative, and you're a positive team player.
  • You have a first experience as a Customer Service/Sales employee. 
  • You have at least a secondary degree. 
  • Permanent contract or starting as a temp.
  • Fulltime.
