Management Assistant with excellent English and French in Schaarbeek

As a Management Assistant you will report directly to the Director-General.


  • Arrange logistical support to ESIA internal meetings, hotel block bookings, participation list, etc.
  • Database management, updating member & external contact lists, etc.
  • Follow-up of invoices, payments, and reports with the accountant / Director-General
  • Office stationary and supplies management
  • Handling of incoming phone calls, first contact point for visitors
  • Assist with the organisation of external events, meetings and workshops, incl. the organisation of World Semiconductor Council (WSC) meetings
  • Assist with preparation of agenda’s, presentations, etc.
  • Update agenda, organisation of travel for the Director-General
  • Follow-up of IT issues
  • Additional tasks as outlined by the Director-General

The successful candidate should have:

  • Excellent written and spoken English and French skills. Additional language skills are an asset
  • Professional experience in a similar role, ideally in the context of European affairs and / or with member associations in an international environment
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher) and basic IT skills
  • Relevant experience in conference planning and event organisation
  • Accurate, well-organised, and reliable team player
  • Willingness to travel
