International HR Officer with excellent English and another EU language in Elsene

As an International HR Officer you will be:

  • Responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training new staff members.
  • Entering employment data into the company database
  • Assisting with payroll management
  • Assisting higher-level HR staff with the hiring process
  • Setting up recruitment and training events
  • Answering any employee inquiries
  • Coordinating Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Strategy
  • Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals
  • Updating employee holiday and sickness records 

 

  • You have a very good knowledge of English and every other EU language is a plus.
  • You have already a first experience as an HR Admin Assistant.
  • You have experience with the Belgian Labour law
  • You have excellent organization and communication skills.
  • You are detail-oriented and discreete.
  • You know your priorities and are reliable.
  • You are diplomatic and you can work in a team and autonomously.

 

Our client offers you a full-time contract intended to be permanent.

It will start with an initial interim period
