Home-based Customer Care in Groot-bijgaarden

In this 1 year project, you will start working as a Customer Service Assistant at a company that is home to baby food. You will work full-time from home. Some of your responsibilities:

  • You will handle daily customer contact with both customers in Europe and America, giving information about the products, the orders, ect.
  • Your customers are mainly hospitals
  • You will ensure correct follow-up with the sales team
  • You will be in touch with the other sales & logistics European teams, based in the Netherlands. 

The perfect candidate will answer to the following requirements:

  • Speak fluently English. Every other EU language such as Dutch will be appreciated.
  • Have a first experience in either sales, account management, customer service or administrative role.
  • Independant, happy to work from home.
  • Have excellent phone skills and be familiar with video calls
  • Have strong communication skills with customers
  • Are a fast learner, and can deal with technical product information.
  • Have good use of MS Office.

A 1 year-long contract with possible extension in a dynamic international environment.
