Office and Association Manager in Etterbeek

As Office and association manager, you would be responsible for:

  • Administrative and office management support for EACON and its clients: Efficiently managing all administrative matters for the office, e.g. relations with suppliers, organisation of office meetings and client visits;
  • Financial management support: e.g. handling invoices, petty cash, liaise with external accountants to process invoices, produce expenditure reports
  • Human resources management: e.g. organising recruitment exercises and assisting with onboarding of new staff; management of holiday plans & absences;
  •  
  • Community management support: e.g. relations with clients’ members and stakeholder organisations; recruitment of new members; creation of content for clients’ websites and social media channels; monitoring of members and stakeholders activities;
  • Communications support: e.g. contributions to website, social media channels, PR outreach, communications planning, newsletter, internal communications;
  • Event management support: e.g. preparation of content and organisational matters for client meetings, seminars and other events; some travel organisation support;
  • Other tasks: Ad-hoc support to client-related activities (e.g. monitoring, data-gathering, preparation of briefings, meeting reports);
  • Relevant degree (university or professional training degree in the field of office management, administration and/or bookkeeping etc.)
  • At least 2-3 years of demonstrable working experience in similar positions, performed for companies and/or non-for-profit organisations, preferably in an international environment;
  •  
  • Full proficiency (writing and speaking) in English and French with additional language an asset;
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills;
  • Very good IT skills (e.g. command of MS Office, incl. in particular Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Good personal presentation & behavioural skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
