Communications & Regulatory Affairs Support in Woluwe-saint-lambert

Are you looking for a central support role in an international organization? Then this job is for you!

As the Communications & Regulatory Affairs Support you will have a very central role, as you will collaborate daily with your team members, colleagues of the other business units of the Benelux offices. You will also provide support between your team and  the Dutch, Belgian and Luxembourg authorities. 

  • You will be participating in meetings
  • You will be taking care of the general Outlook mailboxes
  • You will be scanning and sending documents
  • You will be archiving of documents
  • You will be digitalizing of paper dossiers of products
  • You will control products information in excel sheets
  • You will keep the leaflets and packaging materials of products up to date
  • You will enter and following product quality complaints
  • You have a Higher Education in Life Science field (secretaries, agricultural, laboratorial, etc.) and strong organizational skills.
  • You have excellent speaking and writing capabilities of the Dutch and English language
  • You are very communicative
  • You are able to work in fast paced environments.
  • You are result driven
  • You are compliance and quality driven
  • You have a precise and systematical way of working
  • You are pragmatic and solution-oriented
  • You have knowledge of French and German (is a plus)
  • You are open to learn about regulatory affairs and Animal health.

This is a full time position with a permanent contract and the sector is Pharmaceutical.

The office is located Brussels and the work schedule is hybrid,2 days in the office, 3 days home office.
