Executive Assistant in Brussel

  • As part of your role, you will plan, coordinate, and ensure the CEO’s schedule is efficiently managed.
  • You will also act as gatekeeper for direct access to the CEO’s time and office.
  • You will work proactively to enhance the effectiveness of the CEO, gathering information and preparing briefing notes as necessary for both internal and external meetings and events.
  • You will organize complex global travel and meetings; managing all aspects of travel, meetings, logistics, participants, agendas, actions and follow up.
  • Proved track-record at providing high level administrative support in a fast-paced environment, along with having excellent time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, report writing and presentation are essential.
  • Fully conversant with MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Positive mindset
  • Proactive, independent, reliable and demonstrating sound judgment and absolute discretion in order to deal with confidential information.
  • Fluent in English, French and Dutch
