Administrative back-office in Schaarbeek

Purchasing cycle (purchasing & supplier relationship):

  • Prepare Purchase Orders for the team members - put the PO into the system.
  • Escalate to management if material is delayed, information needed is not received or available.
  • Follow up on deliveries & reception of packages.
  • Update the suppliers in the database and in the back office system.

Sales Processing

  • Create new sales in the database, update or create clients in the back office system.
  • Follow up of quotation made for the PO received and create physical job.
  • Inform the client on the delivery time or installation date and prepare shipping to clients, delivery notes,…

Support to management

  • Assist management in daily tasks.
  • Coordinate Demos of new products (planning, lunch organization, room reservation, guests, catering,…).
  • Collect schedules and follow-ups of assigned tasks.
  • Provide back-up & support to the other back office assistants.
  • Use reminders in the system for major deadlines or important events.
