Customer Service Representative English, French, and other EU languages in Saint-gilles

  • As Customer Service Representative, you are in charge of the French-speaking territories.

  • You will be in charge of assisting our customers and sales representatives by phone and by e-mail to meet their needs.

  • You will work daily with sales representatives, logistics departments and warehouses.

  • You will work with sales representatives, logistics departments and warehouses.

  • You will manage phone or email queries from prospects and customers

  • You will manage the orders for customers on your territories and follow up until the delivery of the goods

  • You will prepare the quotes and management of the after-sales service

  • You will inform our customers about products, stock, prices, delivery time, invoices, status of their orders

  • You will follow up with containers shipment, formalities/custom documents, international payments

  • You will be the primary contact for our customers, and liaise with internal teams to reach adequate solutions

  • 40% of the time you will be in charge of developing our market share in our sector as well as generating customer loyalty by offering them a high-quality service.

  • You are entirely responsible for your territory’s client portfolio (150 customers)

  • You actively prospect new customers by making researches on the internet and by calling them

  • You will work on building a good relationship with the existing customers

  • You spot and analyze your prospects’/customers’ needs and suggest tailored solutions

  • You aim to achieve monthly or annual target

  • You have 2- 3 years’ experience in a similar role

  • You can communicate easily in French and English (fluent level) oral and written. Any additional European language is a plus

  • You have a very good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel Your competencies:
