As a Hospitality Officer you will be:

  • Responsible for the EMEA Welcome Desk: meet and greet participants, facilitators and guests upon arrival and provide a brief orientation of the facility and the sessions
  • Managing content displayed in public areas on dedicated digital information screens
  • Ensuring that airport and station transfers are organized correctly participants, facilitators and guests. Adjusting transfers schedule in response to requests. Coordinating departures, helping visitors to identify the correct transfer and drivers to find the correct passengers.
  • Responsible for the conference check list. Checking setup and cleanliness of the meeting rooms, providing the required materials to the organizers/programme coordinators
  • Supporting with printing: Ordering and checking printing for programmes and events; informing the allocated Event Officer regarding events printing; updating printing log with printing request and status.
  • Providing onsite support for programmes and events

 

The perfect candidate will answer to the following requirements:

•            You are highly fluent in English. French is a big plus, every other EU language will be appreciated.

•            You have a first professional experience

•            You have a bachelor.

•            Strong interpersonal skills.

•            Excellent communication and presentation skills.

•            You have a passion for people and are a great team player.

•            You think pro-actively and act pragmatic.
