Internal Sales Admin Assistant German and English in Mechelen

As a Sales Admin Assistant you'll be the point of contact for customers. You will provide technical, administrative and commercial support.

- Monitoring projects

- Calculating and following up offers

- Providing advice

- Maintaining professional telephone contacts with customers

- Finding solutions to customers' technical questions and needs

- Processing of orders

- Follow up customers on deliveries, payments.

  • You have quality, results-oriented and analytical thinking.
  • You have excellent knowledge of English and German (French is a plus)You have strategic insight and are organisationally strong and stress resistant.
