Administrative assistant EN in Auderghem

Bright Plus International Talents is looking for an administrative assistant for a European association located in Brussels. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing meetings
  • Taking notes during meetings
  • Planning trips, travel, and other activities
  • Managing the manager's agenda
  • Acting as a point of contact between the manager and external members
  • Following up on activities between meetings
  • Managing the documentation of working groups
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages
  • Following up on files and actions
  • Performing various administrative tasks related to the role

The ideal candidate for this position should:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Studies or have approximately two years of experience.
  • Be proficient in English and another EU language (minimum C1 level in both written and spoken).
  • Have excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Be capable of managing multiple tasks and effectively prioritizing the daily workload.
  • Work in an organized, proactive manner and possess strong communication skills.

After successful selection, you will be offered:

  • A fixed contract after a successful interim period.
  • A full-time contract (38 hours/week).
