Administrative assistant EN + other EU language in Auderghem

Bright Plus International Talents is looking for an administrative assistant for a European association located in Brussels. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Organization of meetings.
  • Note taking during meetings.
  • Organization of travel, trips and others.
  • Management of the Manager's agenda.
  • Serve as point of contact between the Manager and External Members
  • Monitoring activities between meetings.
  • Management of documentation related to working groups.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages
  • Monitoring of files and actions.
  • Management of various administrative tasks related to the function.

 

The ideal candidate sought for this position:

  • Be in possession of a Bachelor in Secretariat and/or you have experience of +/- 2 years.
  • Proficiency knowledge of English + another EU language (min C1 level written and spoken).
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office.
  • You have the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize daily workload.
  • You work in an organized, proactive manner and you have good communication skills.

After successful selection, you will be offered:

  • A fixed contract after a successful interim period.
  • A full-time contract (38 hours/week).
