Vendor Management Officer with excellent English, in Evere in Evere
As a Vendor Management Officer you will work in close collaboration with the current Vendor Mgr to prepare for readiness when VM will leave on retirement early 2026.
- You will provide professional services sourcing
- You will analyse and activate Contract resource request
- You will rate card control and maintenance and perform d hoc activites
- You will support VM in writng VM handbook.
- You will be optimizing preferred supplier list support rollout
- You will act as idea challenger in function of project plans.
Wanted:
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Economics
- Excellent knowledge of English language (FR or NL are a plus but not a must).
- 2-3 years of experience in Sourcing, Contracting and/or Professional services.
- Experience in Due Diligence.
- Familiarity with Microsoft O365 tools: Teams, Sharepoint,etc. Video/editing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and analyse complex situations in timely manner.
- Assertive and diplomatic
- Negotiation skills
- Experience in contract management preferred
