Customer Experience Coordinator à Kraainem

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will:

  • Interact with participants to ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Use various tools to optimize the participant journey.
  • Achieve high satisfaction scores.

Client Services and Support for OE Programs:

  • Engage with participants throughout their Leadership Journey.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth program operations.
  • Manage registrations and orders using company's systems.
  • Send welcome emails and guide participants through assessments.
  • Provide technical and service support to participants.
  • Follow up on missing data and ensure accurate feedback.
  • Develop expertise in company's content and conduct advising sessions.
  • Adapt marketing materials and create promotional assets.
  • Maintain order in Inboxes and enhance team collaboration.
  • Support data processing, reporting, and program improvement.
  • Work with Finance for better payment performance.
  • Prepare presentations and meeting notes for the team.
  • Assist with vendor forms, legal documents, and competitor analysis.


  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, and time management.
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • Experience with customer relationship management software, such as: CRM, Outlook, LinkedIn, Highspot, Bambu
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written & verbal) essential
  • Database management (ability to mine and use data to support sales efforts)
  • Excellent time/project management skills required strong telephone presence
  • Skilled in Windows PC environment, especially with presentation design
  • Shows strong inclination for learning agility
  • Demonstrates ability to interact effectively with staff and clients at all levels
  • A full time position 
  • A mid term mission (minimum 3 months, extendable to 6)
  • Location : Brussels and Krainem (home office possible after training)
  • You will work as an external cosultant via our Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions service.
