As a key member of the Merchandising team, you’ll serve the consumer through inspiring journeys, to increase the loyal fanbase and shopping frequency and to grow the market share, profit and shareholder values.
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Merchandising Lead with a growth mindset to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our "Execute with Impact" strategy by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including wholesale merchants, planning & trading, commercial, marketing, and BX teams.
- Lead by example and foster a winning culture through effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Execute a robust Go-to-Market strategy in alignment with global guidelines, focusing on category, style, color, and pricing to maximize sell-through at full price.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of line plans, Bcom catalogues, range plans, and related systems in collaboration with Merch ops and pricing/analytics teams.
- Deliver impactful product strategies that strengthen brand equity, particularly in tops and denim, and support the Strategic Business Plan (SBP).
- Embrace curiosity, challenge the status quo, and explore new opportunities to enhance business outcomes.
- Promote company values, demonstrating courage, empathy, and resilience, especially in challenging situations.
- Act as a mentor to team members, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment that encourages growth and celebrates successes.
- You have knowledge in stories layouts, options management, VM to maximize in store execution.
- You have an excellent level of English (knowledge of Italian, French and Spanish will be considered a plus).
- You have a very developed fashion and apparel taste, understand different target consumers.
- You have excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills- includes influencing and negotiation skills.
- You have strong planning and organizational skills.
- You demonstrate high degree of flexibility and initiative with minimal direction.
