Are you interested in pursuing the Inside Sales Account Manager role? You will  join a highly dynamic sales team and you’ll focus on recruiting and onboarding Polish customers, reactivating dormant accounts, and building lasting relationships that drive growth. Apply now!

  • You will manage day-to-day onboarding, nurturing, and reactivation of Polish customers.
  • You will recruit new traders and dealers through inbound calls and a pre-assigned database provided by the Manager.
  • You will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, supporting their business growth and maximizing their engagement with our services.
  • You will reactivate inactive accounts by identifying customer needs and addressing reasons for disengagement.
  • You will present, demonstrate, and explain our sales solutions to both buyers and sellers.
  • You will execute targeted call campaigns to promote new products, services, and solutions to new and existing customers.
  • You will monitor, follow up, and report on market trends and territory performance to support sales growth and increase company's market share.
  • You will conduct annual customer visits for selected key accounts in collaboration with Commercial Managers.

  • You speak Polish and English fluently. Any additional EU language is a plus.
  • You bring 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, or a similar commercial role.
  • You have strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively manage and close deals.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and build relationships with clients.
  • You stay positive under pressure, with resilience and a growth mindset.
  • You’re ambitious, target-driven, and motivated to exceed sales goals.
  • You are a team-player
  • You have experience with Salesforce (would be an asset).
