We are looking for a new Client Implementation Associate as a key member of the company's delivery team, responsible for ensuring flawless program execution for both in-person and live online events.
By managing materials, logistics, technology, and participant support, this role enables faculty and coaches to focus on delivering a high-quality learning experience. If you are interested, apply now!
- You will prepare and manage materials, shipping, and logistics for in-person programs.
- You will coordinate classroom setup, technology, breakout spaces, and the overall participant experience.
- You will support faculty, coaches, and participants before and during live events.
- You will produce and troubleshoot live online sessions, managing chat, breakout rooms, polls, and engagement tools.
- You will anticipate and resolve technical or logistical issues to keep programs running smoothly.
- You will complete event closeout activities, including evaluations, reporting, attendance tracking, and participant follow-up.
- You are highly fluent in English and ideally in Spanish and/or Portugues. Every other EU language is an asset.
- You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- You have experience supporting events, training programs, or virtual meetings.
- You have confidence using technology, including Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx, etc.).
- You have a client-first mindset and communicate clearly and professionally.
- You have the ability to adapt quickly, solve problems, and stay calm under pressure.
- You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- You have the flexibility to travel up to 50% as needed.
