RGF Connect: building bridges, breaking barriers

RGF Connect is our global social program that supports people facing barriers in the labor market. It focuses on equal opportunities, fairness and empowerment for everyone. Through education, training and employment, we help individuals realize their potential, building bridges and breaking down barriers.

Within this program, Bright Plus actively contributes through targeted initiatives. With Hear2Work, we support people with hearing loss in finding suitable employment.
