At Bright Plus, we believe that we can add value to our society by working towards a better world where everyone can be themselves. That is our main goal and we want to make a positive change that way.

Under the umbrella of RGF Staffing, we want to be the world's most sustainable staffing company by 2030. Therefore, we are committed to ESG (Environment, Society and Governance) in all our initiatives and activities. We make this promise concrete through three key pillars.

Protecting and improving the environment

To extend the life of our planet, we are committed to a protected and healthy environment. Our goal is to be climate neutral with all our business activities by 2030. We do this by recycling together with all colleagues, working digitally as much as possible, investing in sustainable buildings and switching to renewable energy.
