That is why we strive to contribute to a labor market that is fair, inclusive and future-proof for everyone.

Through RGF Connect, our global social program, we support people who face barriers in the labor market by investing in education, development, and employment opportunities.

Together, we aim to make a positive impact by connecting 1.5 million people to meaningful work by 2030. (base year 2024)

Global social program

RGF Connect: building bridges, breaking barriers

RGF Connect is our global social program supporting people facing barriers in the labor market. It focuses on equal opportunities, fairness, and empowerment for everyone. Through education, training, and employment, we help people unlock their potential: building bridges and breaking down barriers.

Within this program, Bright Plus actively contributes through targeted initiatives. With Hear2Work , we support people with hearing loss in finding jobs that match their talents and ambitions.

Bright Young Grads helps recent graduates take their first steps into the labor market and bridge the gap to their first work experience. In addition, our 50+ program supports experienced professionals through practical workshops and guidance, helping them regain confidence and successfully reconnect with the job market.
