Bring a Friend Promotion Conditions

  1. The Bring a Friend promotion runs from 1 September 2023 to 31 December 2023 inclusive.
  2. The following conditions apply to the Bring a Friend promotion.

Our conditions

Who can take part?

  • Bright Plus employees employed by Bright Plus nv or Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv (hereinafter referred to as ‘indirect employees’) or a Project Consultant employed via Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv (hereinafter referred to as ‘direct employees’). Direct and indirect employees are hereinafter referred to as ‘Referrer’, both jointly and separately.
  • The Referrer must be a natural person (private individual) having a valid email address, telephone number, home address and official place of residence in Belgium throughout the duration of the Bring a Friend promotion.

How do I take part?

  • The Referrer recommends a new candidate who is in search of a job (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Proposed Candidate’) by providing his/her contact details to the employer, Bright Plus nv or Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv, by means of this link: https://www.brightplus.be/en/bring-a-friend.

1 Promotion Terms for Indirect Employees of Bright Plus nv/Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv

1.1 Procedure

  • Using the aforementioned link, Bright Plus nv/Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv will screen the Proposed Candidate.
  •  

  • The Referrer will receive a bonus for all Proposed Candidates that he/she refers during the duration of the Bring a Friend promotion that are ultimately recruited for an internal job at Bright Plus nv or Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv or that are assigned as a Project Consultant via Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv to a project with a client of Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv, and subject to the following cumulative terms:
    • The Proposed Candidate is a natural person with a valid email address and telephone number and an official place of residence in Belgium throughout the duration of the Bring a Friend promotion;
    • The Proposed Candidate has not previously been proposed to Bright Plus nv/Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv by another indirect or direct employee;
    • The Proposed Candidate starts work for Bright Plus nv/Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv within six months of being proposed by the Referrer;
    • The Proposed Candidate is not already known to Bright Plus nv/Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv: the Proposed Candidate must be someone with whom Bright Plus nv/Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv has had no active contact in the past twelve months;
    • The Proposed Candidate has been employed by Bright Plus nv or Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv for a minimum of three months after the referral;
    • The minimum registration data were correctly entered via the aforementioned link;
  • The referral of friends and acquaintances falls outside the occupational activities of the Referrer and has no connection whatsoever with them; There is no link whatsoever with the normal day-to-day tasks of the Referrer, and in carrying out the occupational activity, no use is made of the know-how acquired. In the event of a breach of the aforementioned rules, the application from the Referrer for a bonus under the Bring a Friend promotion shall be declared immediately and automatically void, without prior notice (and shall, as result, not be retained for any bonus).

1.2 The bonus

  • The Bring a Friend bonus is equal to a gross bonus of €2000. As the Referrer is employed at Bright Plus nv or Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv, the bonus is considered as income from employment and as such subject to social security contributions and withholding of income tax.
  • If more than one Proposed Candidate is recruited by Bright Plus nv or Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv as a result of a referral by the Referrer in accordance with the terms of this promotion, the Referrer shall be entitled to the commission for each one of them.

1.3 Time of payment of the bonus

  • The bonus shall be paid once the Proposed Candidate has worked for a minimum of three months on the basis of an employment contract with Bright Plus nv or Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv and remains in employment with the intention of continuing to do so in the long term and, as a result, there is no doubt as to the performance of the Proposed Candidate at the end of the reference period. 
  • The Referrer will be paid on the basis of the information that he/she has provided to Bright Plus nv/Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv. Bright Plus nv/Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv can under no circumstances be held liable for possible incorrect payments, if these could be attributed to incorrect personal, banking or invoicing details provided by the Referrer.

2 Promotion Terms for Direct Employees of Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv (Project Consultants)

2.1 Procedure

  • Using the aforementioned link, Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv/Bright Plus nv will screen the Proposed Candidate referred by the direct employee.
  •  

  • The Referrer will receive a bonus for all Proposed Candidates that he/she refers during the duration of the Bring a Friend promotion that are ultimately recruited to an internal job at Bright Plus nv or Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv or that are assigned as a Project Consultant via Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv to a project with a client of Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv, and subject to the following cumulative terms:
    • The Proposed Candidate is a natural person with a valid email address and telephone number and an official place of residence in Belgium throughout the duration of the Bring a Friend promotion;
    • The Proposed Candidate has not previously been proposed to Bright Plus nv/Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv by another indirect or direct employee;
    • The Proposed Candidate starts work for Bright Plus nv/Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv within six months of being proposed by the Referrer;
    • The Proposed Candidate is not already known to Bright Plus nv/Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv: the Proposed Candidate must be someone with whom Bright Plus nv/Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions Plus nv has had no active contact in the past twelve months;
    • The Proposed Candidate has worked for a minimum of three months at Bright Plus nv or Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv or has worked for a minimum of three months as a Project Consultant on behalf of Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv;
    • The minimum registration data were correctly entered via the aforementioned link;
  • The referral of candidates falls outside the occupational activities of the Referrer and has no close connection whatsoever with them; There is no link whatsoever with the normal day-to-day tasks of the Referrer, and in carrying out the occupational activity, no use is made of the know-how acquired. In the event of a breach of the aforementioned rules, the Referrer shall be immediately and automatically excluded from the Bring a Friend promotion, without prior notice (and shall, as result, not be retained for any bonus).

2.2 The bonus

  • In the event that the Proposed Candidate concludes an employment contract for an internal job at Bright Plus nv/Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv or as a Project Consultant at Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv, the Bring a Friend bonus shall be equivalent to a gross bonus of €2000. As the Referrer is employed at Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv, the bonus is considered as income from employment and as such subject to social security contributions and withholding of income tax.
  • In the event that the Proposed Candidate referred by the Referrer concludes an employment contract for temporary agency work (to include a permanent option) or is recruited to a client of Bright Plus NV through recruitment and selection and, on the condition that the Proposed Candidate has worked for or on behalf of Bright Plus nv for at least three months after being referred, the Bring a Friend bonus shall be equivalent to a gross bonus of €500.
  • If more than one Proposed Candidate is recruited by Bright Plus nv or Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv or appointed as a Project Consultant via Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv to a project with a client of Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv as a result of a referral by the Referrer in accordance with the terms of this promotion, the Referrer shall be entitled to the bonus for each one of them.

2.3 Time of payment of the bonus

  • In the event that the Proposed Candidate concludes an employment contract for an internal job at Bright Plus nv/Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv or as a Project Consultant at Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv, the bonus shall be paid once the Proposed Candidate has worked for a minimum of three months on the basis of an employment contract with Bright Plus nv or Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv and remains in employment with the intention of continuing to do so in the long term and, as a result, there is no doubt as to the performance of the Proposed Candidate at the end of the reference period. 
  • In the event that the Proposed Candidate referred by the Referrer concludes an employment contract for temporary agency work (to include a permanent option) or is recruited to a client of Bright Plus NV through recruitment and selection, the bonus shall be paid once the Proposed Candidate has been in employment for a minimum of three months. 
  • The Referrer will be paid on the basis of the information that he/she has provided to Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv. Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv can under no circumstances be held liable for possible incorrect payments, if these could be attributed to incorrect personal, banking or invoicing details provided by the Referrer.
