As a Payroll & Benefits Officer, you play a key role within the HR team. You ensure employees receive accurate payroll processing and professional support regarding their benefits package. At the same time, you actively contribute to improving HR processes and systems.
This is a varied position where you combine administrative accuracy with employee interaction and collaboration with international colleagues.
As a Payroll & Benefits Officer, your responsibilities include:
- Managing payroll processing for employees in Belgium and gradually supporting payroll activities in other European countries.
- Administering a range of employee benefits, including company cars, insurance plans, pension schemes, and mobility solutions.
- Contributing to the optimization of payroll and HR processes and proactively identifying improvement opportunities.
- Ensuring the accurate registration and maintenance of employee data and HR records.
- Acting as the main point of contact for employees and managers regarding payroll and benefits-related questions.
In addition, you work closely with payroll providers, insurance partners, and internal stakeholders. You also support reporting activities related to absenteeism, employee turnover, and other HR metrics.
For this Payroll & Benefits Officer position, we are looking for someone who enjoys working with figures, processes, and people. You are accurate, communicative, and thrive in an international environment.
You bring:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in payroll, HR administration, or a similar role.
- An excellent command of English. Knowledge of Dutch, French, or other European languages is a strong asset.
- Solid MS Office skills. Experience with Workday and/or SD Worx is considered a plus.
- A proactive, customer-oriented, and communicative personality.

- A full-time position of 40 hours per week, including 12 additional leave days (ADV).
