Are you a student looking for a full-time assignment in Brussels for 3 weeks and eager to gain experience in an international office environment? Then this opportunity could be perfect for you!

Location: Brussels
Period: October 26th until November 13th
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (4:30 PM on Fridays with a 30-minute lunch break)
Full-time | 39.5 hours/week

Your responsibilities

You will be the first point of contact at reception and support the Office Manager with various operational tasks.

Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate contacts
Handle incoming and outgoing parcels, letters, and deliveries
Coordinate taxi bookings for employees and visitors
Manage meeting room bookings and calendars
Prepare meeting rooms for client meetings, including snacks and beverages
Organize catering and lunches when required

Who are we looking for?

Available form October 26th until November 13th
Proactive and independent, you don't wait for work to come to you
Good command of English (working language)
Strong organizational skills
