Phishing & aanwervingsfraude

We want to inform you about recent phishing attempts where people pretend to be Bright Plus recruiters and contact candidates. Please note, these individuals may approach you in English, via Whatsapp and Belgian phone numbers. Your data security is our priority. So do not share any personal or financial information with them.

Bright Plus is committed to your privacy and security. We will never ask applicants to:

  • make a payment for the opportunity to work with us, including receiving fees
  • make an advance payment in cash or by check to ourselves or any third party
  • cash checks from any source
  • make purchases of products, services or gift cards
  • share personal financial details such as credit card numbers or the PIN to your bank account

Bright Plus does not use chat platforms such as Whatsapp to post jobs or recruit applicants. We will also never ask for official identification numbers such as your national registration number, bank account number or payment information through these platforms. Bright Plus does not recruit people for jobs outside of Belgium.

In case of doubt, we kindly ask you to contact your local Bright Plus office. Thank you for your attention and vigilance.

What to do if you suspect fraud

Should you be unfairly contacted on behalf of Bright Plus, we ask that you report it to us at phishing@rgfstaffing.be. Our privacy and security team takes note of this and so we can better inform you and others. Suspicious messages and phone calls include messages and calls requesting personal information or payments, via email, chat or social media.
