There's a number of reasons why I chose for a job as HR consultant but the most important one is the variety and the balance between the commercial and the human aspects of the job. I've always had a strong commercial interest, my friends always said that I'm a great talker and that I easily connect with people. The human element is the contact you have with candidates on a daily basis, the fact that you can support these people and ultimately help them in their new challenge.
