In the meantime, I've got quite a few Bright Plus years on the counter... And I continue to enjoy working here because I keep getting opportunities to develop myself. This way I continue to grow as a person and know what I stand for as a professional. I like clear, correct and honest solutions for everyone. That may seem obvious, but it really isn't in today's professional world. As a company we have to be on the ball to achieve the best results, but as an employer we also want to take care of the happiness of our people in the best way possible.
