We do not only want to tackle the consequences of climate change, but above all to tackle the cause. Since the end of 2022, our office buildings have been carbon neutral and we are reducing our ecological footprint. For instance, we switched to renewable energy, choose sustainable suppliers and vendors, continue to encourage working from home and explore new options towards commuting.

Sustainability has been an important topic for HR specialist Bright Plus for years. ‘Under the impetus of RGF Staffing, the group we are part of, we have also been more actively working on this for a few years now,’ explains HR manager Steven Cavens. Meanwhile, RGF Staffing even has the mission to become the most sustainable HR company in the world by 2030. And all initiatives, even the most local ones like those at Bright Plus, help to achieve this. ‘Our people make the difference in this,’ he says.

Bright Plus is committed to a mobility budget so that you too can do your bit. For example, you can exchange your car for a public transport pass or lease a bike. You are behind the wheel of your mobility.
FOREST PLANTING ACTION
A tree for every employee
Bright Plus celebrates 500 project consultants with 500 trees. Only this time we tackled this party slightly differently. With 20 colleagues we went to the nature reserve of Natuurpunt in the Birrebeek valley in Meise to plant 500 trees under the motto ‘we plant a tree for every employee’. These 500 trees together form a real Bright Forest in which the trees, just like our project consultants, can grow.
