In the days and weeks that follow, you'll be immersed in the Bright Plus DNA.

During your first weeks at Bright Plus we will invite you over for a first day of on-boarding. On that day you will get to know the ins and outs of our company: Who is who, what is our vision and mission, what values do we hold dear and what services do we offer? All that and more is covered. Additionally, you'll get to know your new colleagues even better and you'll leave with loads of information and many new insights.

Management Drives

After you've been introduced to the organisation, we'll focus fully on the Person-Team fit. That's the match between you as an employee and your team. In order to strengthen this fit, we use Management Drives within Bright Plus. This is a theory that maps out your personal motives and those of your colleagues. During a personal feedback moment we'll give you more information about your profile, but also that of your team members. This way you know what gives you energy, but also what costs you and your colleagues energy. This allows us to all speak one common language and to remain committed to close cooperation within the team.

Sharing is caring. Bright Plus therefore strongly encourages the sharing of knowledge. For example, are you a whiz at working with a particular tool, interviewing techniques or social media? Then you get the chance to share that knowledge with your colleagues. Of course you'll get the necessary guidance to do this.

Join in on the conversation

Feedback is breakfast for champions. That's why we organise an annual evaluation meeting within Bright Plus. Such a personal conversation is of course not a one-way street. We look at the results achieved from both sides and together we establish the main objectives for the coming year. Are you ready for a new challenge, an extra project or the next step in your career? Then we'd like to hear about how you're experiencing your job, and what your ambitions are. Of course, you don't have to wait for that one annual review moment. Throughout the year, we plan additional feedback moments to discuss your evolution and the planned objectives.

Training courses are important, but they are only one part of the learning journey within Bright Plus. The skills and abilities you acquire during such a course must also be further refined in practice. We do this through on-the-job coaching by colleagues. After your training is complete, we'll work together with you on the newly acquired knowledge and skills. Guaranteed growth!

Invest in your professional development

Also through our Bright Plus Academy can you pursue your further professional development. Our Learning & Development team annually selects a number of instructive and challenging courses for our employees. Your role and responsibilities will be taken into account, as well as the skills that are currently in demand on the job market. Many of these training courses are in fact taught by our experienced staff. In this way they share their experience, raise their own skills to a higher level and help you grow.

Have you been with us for more than 5 years and do you have the ambition to grow within your function? Then you can apply for the Bright Plus Masterclass. Participants in this programme go through an intensive process in which project management and achieving a concrete result are key. At the end of the ride, you can count on an amended job title and, of course, those well-deserved bubbles to toast to your results!
