Neveen researches the experiences of individuals in the workplace – including traditional and alternative work arrangements. She focuses on identity construction inside and outside of organisations – particularly in turbulent, uncertain contexts.
For the past 14 years, Neveen has worked in management and leadership roles with governments, international NGOs and private enterprises, across four continents. She has also worked as a master trainer and coach.
