As an Order & Logistics Operations Coordinator, you’ll manage the full order lifecycle, from contract to final delivery.
- You will manage customer and purchase orders in SAP, including related documentation
- You will coordinate with Sales, Planning, Technical teams, and Customers to ensure smooth execution
- You will monitor stock movements, ensure accurate system updates, and support invoicing
- You will review transport and logistics costs and follow up on discrepancies
- You will manage operational issues and contribute to safety and quality improvements
- You will identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs
- You will support audits, customer visits, and provide operational reporting
- You have fluency in English and a good knowledge of Spanish
- You have knowledge of French and/or Dutch (a strong plus)
- You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- You have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- You have the ability to work in an international, fast-paced environment
- You have experience with SAP or similar systems (an advantage)
