Full job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Officer with excellent English communication skills to join one of our clients’ Brussels offices. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely billing, support the finance team, and contribute to smooth operational processes.
- You will prepare, review, and issue invoices for clients in compliance with firm policies.
- You will ensure accuracy of billing data and proper allocation of time and expenses.
- You will follow up on outstanding invoices and support the collections process.
- You will liaise with lawyers and administrative teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- You will maintain accurate records and generate reports as required.
- You will support month-end and year-end financial processes.

- You have previous billing experience, preferably in a law firm.
- You have a good understanding of invoicing and basic VAT rules.
- You have excellent English (written and spoken).
- You have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- You have the ability to work well with deadlines.
- You have an organized and structured working style.
- You are comfortable working in a full-time, office-based environment.
