What will you do as a Customer Advisor?

  • You become an expert in GS1 standards and apply them in your daily work
  • You support customers smoothly via phone, email and digital tools (NL/FR/ENG)
  • You ensure accurate and high-quality customer and CRM data
  • You collaborate with internal teams and provide support where needed
  • You actively contribute to improving processes, tools and the overall customer experience

As a Customer Advisor in Brussels:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree or have initial experience in customer support
  • You are a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • You work in an accurate and detail-oriented way
  • You are digitally savvy and comfortable in a highly digital environment
  • You are eager to learn and take initiative to keep your knowledge up to date
