We are looking for an HR Administrator to strengthen the HR team by taking on a variety of administrative HR tasks. Are you looking for a key role in supporting HR processes and employees? Apply now!
Your Responsibilities:
- You manage personnel files and employment contracts
- You coordinate visa applications and relocation processes
- You ensure the correct application of social legislation
- You serve as the first point of contact for employees with HR-related questions
- You support recruitment and selection processes (scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates)
- You assist with the onboarding of new employees
You’re someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly, anticipating needs, and supporting a high-performing team? Here’s what we’re looking for in your experience and skills:
- You have excellent command of English (both spoken and written)
- You have a good knowledge of French or Dutch
- You possess a solid understanding of social legislation
- You have experience with visa applications and relocation processes (a strong plus)
- You have experience in an administrative HR role
- You demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- You take a proactive and customer‑oriented approach
