Full job description

We are looking for an HR Administrator to strengthen the HR team by taking on a variety of administrative HR tasks. Are you looking for a key role in supporting HR processes and employees? Apply now!

Your Responsibilities:

  • You manage personnel files and employment contracts
  • You coordinate visa applications and relocation processes
  • You ensure the correct application of social legislation
  • You serve as the first point of contact for employees with HR-related questions
  • You support recruitment and selection processes (scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates)
  • You assist with the onboarding of new employees

You’re someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly, anticipating needs, and supporting a high-performing team? Here’s what we’re looking for in your experience and skills:

  • You have excellent command of English (both spoken and written)
  • You have a good knowledge of French or Dutch
  • You possess a solid understanding of social legislation
  • You have experience with visa applications and relocation processes (a strong plus)
  • You have experience in an administrative HR role
  • You demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • You take a proactive and customer‑oriented approach
