You will support the Talent Manager in delivering thoughtful, efficient, and people-focused HR support across the organisation.
You will coordinate recruitment processes from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
You will manage applications, keep job descriptions up to date, liaise with line managers, and coordinate vacancy postings and agency contacts.
You will oversee welcoming onboarding processes and ensure structured, respectful offboarding for employees and consultants.
You will help maintain and improve HR policies, procedures, and records with care, accuracy, and confidentiality.
You will look for ways to strengthen and streamline HR processes in line with best practice.

You have a genuine affinity with animal protection and feel aligned with the mission of the company.
You have experience in HR administration or recruitment coordination and enjoy keeping processes organised and on track.
You have strong organisational skills and are comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
You have excellent written and spoken English and advanced French.
You have strong digital skills, including spreadsheets and document management tools.
You have a collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
You have the confidence and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a multicultural environment and handle administrative responsibilities with professionalism and care.

This is a great temporary opportinuty to work in an international non-profit organisation in the heart of Brussels!

The contract will be temporary from March until June 2026 and the work schedule is part-time (19 hours/ week).
