  • You will support the Talent Manager in delivering thoughtful, efficient, and people-focused HR support across the organisation.
  • You will coordinate recruitment processes from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
  • You will manage applications, keep job descriptions up to date, liaise with line managers, and coordinate vacancy postings and agency contacts.
  • You will oversee welcoming onboarding processes and ensure structured, respectful offboarding for employees and consultants.
  • You will help maintain and improve HR policies, procedures, and records with care, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • You will look for ways to strengthen and streamline HR processes in line with best practice.

  • You have a genuine affinity with animal protection and feel aligned with the mission of the company.
  • You have experience in HR administration or recruitment coordination and enjoy keeping processes organised and on track.
  • You have strong organisational skills and are comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
  • You have excellent written and spoken English and advanced French.
  • You have strong digital skills, including spreadsheets and document management tools.
  • You have a collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • You have the confidence and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a multicultural environment and handle administrative responsibilities with professionalism and care.

This is a great temporary opportinuty to work in an international non-profit organisation in the heart of Brussels!

The contract will be temporary from March until June 2026 and the work schedule is part-time (19 hours/ week).
