Your responsibilities:
- You will manage the diary and mailbox and ensure smooth follow-up.
- You will prepare summaries and presentations and assist in the preparation of meetings.
- You will assist and support the team
- You will book travel and assist in the organisation of internal and external events.
- You will take on general administrative tasks and contribute ideas for optimisation.
- Start early January 2026 until mid-May.
What qualities does this Management Assistant need?
- You have a hands-on mentality and set priorities.
- You are assertive, enjoy working independently and are solution-oriented.
- You have at least 2 to 3 years of work experience, preferably in a support role.
- You speak fluent English, Dutch and French.
