What are your responsibilities as a Personal Assistant?
- You handle general administrative tasks, maintain international contacts, and prepare documents and correspondence.
- You plan and coordinate travel according to the Partner’s schedule.
- You manage Outlook: calendars, emails, and tasks.
- You support the billing process using a specific system, with peak periods at the end of the month.
- You ensure smooth communication and follow-up of feedback when preparing and sending invoices.
Who are you?
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar environment. In addition, you recognize yourself in the following qualities:
- You speak fluent Dutch or French and English. Knowledge of German is a strong asset.
- You have solid software skills, especially in Word and Outlook.
- You set the right priorities and are good at multitasking.
