What will you do as a Rental Estate Officer?

  • You manage the locations where future cash services will be placed.
  • You support the Chief Customer Officer in managing our network of 970 rented sites.
  • You are the ideal administrative partner for our real estate portfolio and keep an overview of all ongoing files.
  • You coordinate the execution of lease agreements.
  • You ensure that all agreements are correctly drafted.
  • You make sure lease agreements are fully executed and all documents are properly archived.
  • You ensure that new contracts are correctly signed and that existing contracts are well documented in our internal database.
  • You are the point of contact for landlords in case of questions, and you communicate with them by phone and email.

What qualities do we expect from a Rental Estate Officer?

  • You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in real estate and/or a bachelor’s degree in legal and/or economic studies.
  • You have excellent knowledge of basic Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and French. A good command of English is required, as internal communication is conducted in English.
  • You are able to translate concepts or technical matters into clear and understandable terms.
  • You are meticulous in your administrative work and ensure that documentation is always up to date.
