The HR & Sales Consultant position offers a nice mix of candidate and client contact. It gives me satisfaction to find the ideal match between client and candidate. When they call me afterwards to thank me for helping them find their dream job, it almost gives me goosebumps.

Meanwhile I've been working here for almost 6 years and there are many customers who spontaneously call back with a new vacancy. Such successful collaborations are exactly what I do this for. It's also nice to get to know new companies, gain insight into their activities and vision, and to really soak up the atmosphere in the company. Only once I get to know the company better can we assess which candidate would best fit here.
