4 years ago I came knocking on Bright Plus' door to help me look for a new challenge. But Bright Plus itself soon proved to be the right match. Because after my introductory meeting I was immediately convinced - this is where I belong!
I worked as an HR consultant for several years, but when the position of Marketing & Personal Assistant became available, I immediately jumped at the chance. You get a lot of opportunities here, and that's very nice.
What gives me the most energy and drive is relieving my managers and colleagues of their worries. Being a second pair of eyes and making sure that they can manage their workload.
How would I describe my job as a Marketing & Personal Assistant? Simple, a masterful culinary dish composed of a hearty portion of marketing projects, a pinch of events and with a finishing touch of creativity. But to be honest, it's thanks to the open-minded culture of Bright Plus that I can do my job 100% the way I'd like to do it.
