Who can apply for Bright Young Grads?
You can join Bright Young Grads with both a bachelor’s or master’s degree. A wide range of study backgrounds are eligible, as you will start as a Project Consultant in a versatile role.
You will gain experience across different sectors, companies, and teams, developing skills in various domains such as administration, HR, sales, marketing, or logistics.

Did you study HR? Then you can start as an HR Project Consultant. Bright Plus offers you a dedicated growth track so you can launch your HR career with a strong foundation.
In addition to the Bright Young Grads Masterclass, you will receive 3 extra training days, covering topics such as social legislation and payroll.

Get in touch
We’ll contact you to discuss your expectations. After a successful interview and online assessment, you’ll receive a salary proposal and be one step closer to your first permanent contract.
STEP 2
Masterclass
Signed your contract? Congratulations—you’re now a Junior Project Consultant!
During our three-day masterclass, we prepare you for your first project with inspiring training sessions and plenty of fun.
Choosing the HR track? Then you’ll also receive additional HR training covering the basics of hard HR.
STEP 3
Get started
Time for the real thing: your first project is waiting.
No worries: you’ll receive personal guidance from your Project Leader and gain experience at top companies. We keep close track of your well-being and regularly meet you at our events.
